GUARANTEES

To make use of the guarantees, it is essential to keep the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products. In the case of spare parts for mobile phone screen, they must present the stamp provided by ORIGINALSAT.

The guarantee will begin to count from the date of delivery of the product, being of two years for all our brand new telephone products, and 1 year for all products in the computer category, although they do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, damage, shock, misuse or improper handling, incorrect installations not made by authorized Technical Services when appropriate, or materials that are worn out by use … etc. Likewise, reconditioned or second-hand products will have a one-year warranty.

In those cases, in which the manufacturer contemplates a term superior to those indicated in the two previous paragraphs, the user or consumer must go directly to the manufacturer, if the warranty periods determined by ORIGINALSAT have passed.

ORIGINALSAT is not liable for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profit, damage resulting from deterioration, or loss of data recorded by the user.

  • Special conditions for the products of the telephony category:

If the problem manifests itself after 6 months from the moment of delivery of the order to the consumer or user, the consumer must expressly demonstrate that the failure existed of origin, providing all the evidence it deems necessary and timely, in addition, ORIGINALSAT reserves the right to request an expert report of the product, if deemed necessary to be able to process the guarantee.

ORIGINALSAT reserves the right to ask your technical service for a report on the verification of the origin of the problem. In the event of a defect caused by causes other than its origin, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, it will be opted for the repair, replacement of the product, rebate or refund, in the legally established terms.

If the ORIGINALSAT technical service determines that the product does not come under warranty, the consumer must assume all transport costs.

  • Special conditions for the products of the computer category:

For computer products, the warranty will only be for 1 year. The product will not be refundable and it will be the official technical service of the brand who exercises all responsibility for the product. Once confirmed the defect of operation, the product will be repaired or changed according to the official technical service of the manufacturer, being sent to the customer with postage by ORIGINALSAT. If it is found that there is no defect in the material, it will be returned freight collect according to the customer’s instructions.

This warranty shall apply as long as the Customer has used the product under normal operating conditions as described in catalogs, manuals and instructions for use made available to the Customer. Defects caused by computer viruses will not be covered by this warranty.

  • Procedures and forms:

To process the warranty and repair of RMA will be essential to attach the form provided by ORIGINALSAT duly completed, as well as the packaging, manuals, diskettes, documents, cables, keys and other original accessories in perfect condition, and copy of the purchase invoice . In any case, if next to the product the user or consumer sends other products or accessories that do not correspond to the product that comes under warranty, ORIGINALSAT will not assume any type of responsibility over them. GUARANTEES NOT APPLICABLE

The guarantee will not be accepted in case of damaged products or in those products with obvious signs of incorrect handling.

The guarantee will not be applicable for accessories, mobile devices and mobile phone spare parts in the following cases:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and non-compliant use (For example, misuse of the load connectors, overpressures in the volume and ignition buttons, or damage by force and / or misuse in the SIM card reader or the memory reader, among others).
  • Screens that do not present our stamp and, therefore, can not be identified as ours.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other unauthorized person, including technical services unrelated to ORIGINALSAT, as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
  • Products with IMEI or serial numbers have been altered, deleted, deteriorated and / or modified with respect to the number expressed in the purchase invoice or in the guarantee certificate.
  • Incorrect use, handling or maintenance of the product by the client, including torsion; Pressure; exposure to humidity and extreme temperatures, sudden changes in temperature; corrosion phenomena and / or oxidation or exposure to chemical products.
  • Screens with dead pixels, that is, one that does not respond as it should on an LCD screen, on a CCD or on a CMOS sensor on a digital camera, among others.

The guarantee will not be applicable for computer products in the following cases:

  • Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and non-compliant use (For example, misuse of the load connectors, overpressures in the volume and ignition buttons, or damage by force and / or misuse in the SIM card reader or the memory reader, among others).
  • Malware infection (any type of computer virus), by the customer, in electronic products, even if said malware comes from an external component to the product. Also any type of damage or loss of information caused by malware and the like.
  • Incorrect software / hardware configuration, by the client, of a computer, component or peripheral.
  • Products with IMEI or serial numbers have been altered, deleted, deteriorated and / or modified with respect to the number expressed in the purchase invoice or in the guarantee certificate.
  • Incorrect use, handling or maintenance of the product by the client, including torsion; Pressure; exposure to humidity and extreme temperatures, sudden changes in temperature; corrosion phenomena and / or oxidation or exposure to chemical products.
  • Breakdown caused by a device or peripheral incorporated by the customer to the product in question.
  • Screens with dead pixels, that is, one that does not respond as it should on an LCD screen, on a CCD or on a CMOS sensor on a digital camera, among others.
  • Broken or damaged products or components, subject to impact or moisture on the motherboard, the display, charging connectors, volume and power buttons, SIM card reader and memory reader.
  • Products and components burned by overvoltages or electrical overcurrents.

Pixel errors

In the event that a screen of a product presents melted or fixed pixels, it will only be considered a breakdown by the manufacturer when it exceeds the ranges established by the standard UNE-EN ISO 13406. Also, if an LCD screen complies with the standard, it is not possible to change or repair it, as it is not considered a lack of conformity in the product and can not be called defect or failure.
